Our field personnel are primarily engaged in the construction, clean-up & maintenance of oilfield roads and leases for our customers. Responsibilities also include minor repairs & daily maintenance of equipment. As a local company our employees are based out of and usually return to Fox Creek at the end of each shift (we do rarely ask employees to stay in camp or a hotel). We offer a bunkhouse for new employees to stay in and provide a pick-up for travelling to/from the job sites. We prefer to hire people with at least 5 years experience but will also train in the appropriate circumstances.

• Leadership for Safety Excellence (Lead Hands, Supervisors, Managers)
• Drivers Abstract (if operating Marnevic owned vehicles)

Depending upon experience and other qualifications Marnevic may be willing to provide some of the required training after you are hired.  Additional training may also be required.
